Moroccan gastronomy is celebrated around the world, known for its rich flavors, fragrant spices, and timeless recipes. From aromatic tagines to delicate chicken pastilla, marzipan pastries, and fluffy Moroccan pancakes, each dish tells a story of tradition and warmth.
With our traditional cooking classes, you’ll learn to create authentic Moroccan dishes in a beautiful riad or eco-farm setting. Your experience begins with a warm welcome and a discussion about the dishes you’ll prepare, including tagines, couscous, sweet and savory dishes, cooked salads, Moroccan bread, and the iconic mint tea.
For our morning class (40 EUR/person), you’ll explore the local market to purchase fresh ingredients, then return to start cooking from 10:00 to 16:00, with a delicious lunch included.
For the evening class (25 EUR/person), join us from 17:00 to 20:00 for a relaxed, hands-on session focusing on preparation and learning, followed by a shared meal.
