Welcome to Agadir Moment Tours. By booking a tour or using our website www.AgadirMomentTours.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Bookings can be made directly through our website, via email, or with a representative of Agadir Moment Tours.

• Prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the service.
• Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, or cash.

2. Airport Transfers – Payment Flexibility

For your convenience, we offer flexible payment options for airport transfers. While Moroccan Dirhams are preferred, we understand that you may not have local currency upon arrival.

You may pay your driver:

• £20 GBP, or
• €20 Euros

Exact payment is appreciated, as change in foreign currency may not be available.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

For bookings made through our website:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a 100% refund, provided the trip does not take place within the next 48 hours.
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 24 hours and more than 48 hours before the tour are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, excluding any transaction fees.

4. Changes to Your Booking

We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to local conditions, weather, or operational concerns. In the unlikely event of a significant change or cancellation by us, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.

5. Travel Insurance, Health & Safety

• All travellers are strongly advised to have comprehensive travel insurance that includes:
  
  • Trip cancellation or interruption
  • Emergency medical coverage
  • Baggage and personal effects loss
  • Adventure activities such as camel rides, hiking, quad biking, surfing, and other high-risk activities.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your insurance includes these elements and is valid for travel in Morocco.
• Agadir Moment Tours accepts no liability for:
  
  • Injuries, losses, or damages where insurance is not held
  • Accidents arising from participation in optional or high-risk activities
  • Any health-related issues arising from pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose important medical information

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and well enough to participate in the selected tour or activity.

6. Conduct & Behaviour

We strive to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

• Abusive, disruptive, or offensive behaviour towards staff, other guests, or local communities will not be tolerated.
• Agadir Moment Tours reserves the right to terminate participation in any tour or transfer without refund if a client’s behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
• In serious cases, incidents will be reported to the local Moroccan authorities.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While every effort is made to ensure your safety and comfort:

• Agadir Moment Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, or weather).
• We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, transport services).
• Participation in all activities is at your own risk.

8. Complaints & Feedback

We aim to provide excellent service at all times. If you are unhappy for any reason:

• Please notify your guide or our representative immediately so we can resolve the issue on the spot.
• Formal complaints must be submitted in writing to info@agadirmomenttours.com within 7 days of the service.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
